A condensed 3hr workshop suitable for anyone with limited time, maybe you are nearing the end of pregnancy but would still like to benefit from Hypnobirthing. Or maybe you have taken a Hypnobirthing Course in a previous pregnancy and would like a refresher this time around.

The Positive Caesarean Workshop
It can feel like you no longer have any options for birth if you are planning an elective caesarean birth. This just isn’t the case. There are still many things to consider and many steps you can take to prepare for a positive caesarean birth experience.
During this workshop we will look at exactly what you can expect during the caesarean birth, how to prepare and how to support recovery afterwards.

The Birth Planning Workshop
This is a bespoke session where we will look at your options for birth. Together we will use the birth planning workbook to discuss options and learn about your choices. Once we have done you will feel confident and informed to create your own birth plan using the fully editable Birth Plan Template and Visual Icons.

Mindful Breastfeeding Antenatal Workshop
A gorgeous workshop aimed at supporting you to prepare for a calm and confident breastfeeding journey.
This can currently be booked as a Private 1-1 Online or Face to Face Course with Wendy.
Cost £199 for pregnant woman and Birth Partner. 2hrs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a cancellation/refund policy?
Wendy Wood Hypnobirthing reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or publishes prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increased prices. Should Wendy Wood Hypnobirthing need to cancel part of a course, a refund will only be given for the part of the course not yet delivered minus the cost of course materials.
In the event of a client wishing to cancel a course please note there is a 7 day cancellation period from the date of payment . If the course is cancelled within 7 days of booking a full refund minus a £50 admin fee will be refunded. Following the 7 day refund period NO refund will be made.
Will Hypnobirthing ensure a pain free birth?
Historically Hypnobirthing was promoted as a way to achieve a pain free birth. It is really important that you understand that this is not the focus of Hypnobirthing. The understanding, tools and techniques, in practice can promote increased comfort and relaxation levels. Ultimately the focus of Hypnobirthing is to promote a positive birth experience.
Will Hypnobirthing ensure that I have a perfect birth?
No one can you promise you a 'perfect' birth. My aim is for you to focus on having a positive birth experience. It's also important to acknowledge that one persons idea of a perfect birth may be very different to the next person. Hypnobirthing will support you with knowledge, belief, tools and techniques.
